Hi! Welcome to my blog. My name is Suzanne and my love of being in the kitchen goes back to my childhood. Growing up in Alabama I was surrounded by some pretty great cookin’.  Baking is delicious chemistry, and my nerdy self loves the experimentation.

Four years ago, I discovered food sensitivities to soy, corn, wheat and yeast – leaving my then vegetarian self stranded food-wise. My return to the meat-eating world is a story for another day, but through my boyfriend (The FreeRange Human) I learned of the Paleo diet.

I’ve taken on the challenge of adapting some of my favorite treats to gluten-free, soy-free, grain-free alternatives.  Thank you for joining me on my journey!
